Privacy policy
The short version: this website doesn't collect, store or sell anything about you. No cookies, no analytics, no ad trackers. If you text, call or email us, we use your details only to schedule and do your detail.
Who we are
Mammoth Mobile Detailing is a mobile car detailing business serving Utah County and Wasatch County, Utah. You can reach us at (916) 288-7749 or contact@mammothdetails.com.
What this website collects
- Nothing through forms. The booking card on our homepage builds a text message inside your own messaging app. The details you pick are never sent to or saved by this website.
- No cookies or trackers. We don't use analytics, advertising pixels, social media embeds or third-party fonts.
- Instagram videos. The reels on our See us work page are loaded from Instagram's servers, so your browser connects to Instagram (Meta) to play them. We don't add any tracking, and nothing is shared with us. Meta's own privacy policy applies to that connection.
- Basic server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider may briefly keep technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the site secure and running. We don't use these to identify you.
What we collect when you contact us
When you text, call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us, such as your name, vehicle, city and service address. We also keep notes and before/after photos of the vehicle as part of the job.
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm and carry out your detail, and to follow up about it.
- To send appointment texts (a reminder that morning and a heads-up when we're close).
- To keep a simple service history so repeat visits go the same way every time.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it except with tools we use to run the business (such as our phone, email and scheduling providers), or if the law requires it.
Text messages
If you text us, we'll reply by text about your booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts from us, or HELP for help. We don't send marketing texts unless you ask us to.
Photos
We may photograph your vehicle before and after a detail. We only share photos publicly (on our website or social media) with your permission, and we keep license plates and personal items out of frame.
Reviews
Reviews shown on our site are excerpts of public reviews on our Google Business Profile, shown with first name and last initial. If you'd like yours removed from our site, let us know and we'll take it down.
How long we keep it
We keep client details for as long as you're a client and for a reasonable time after, for records and taxes. Ask us and we'll delete what we don't legally need to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Text, call or email us using the details above.
Children
Our services are for adults who own or are responsible for a vehicle. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
