Terms of service
Plain terms for a simple service: we tell you the price and anything we can't fix before we start, you give us an outlet, a hose and access to the car, and either of us can change plans with a text.
The service
Mammoth Mobile Detailing provides interior and exterior car detailing at your home, office or another location you choose in Utah County or Wasatch County, Utah. Package contents are described on our website and may be adjusted to suit your vehicle.
Prices
Prices on our website are starting prices. The final price depends on vehicle size and condition. We confirm your exact price at the walkthrough, before any work begins, and we won't add charges you haven't agreed to.
Booking and rescheduling
Bookings are confirmed by text. If you need to reschedule or cancel, text us as early as you can. We may reschedule exterior work for weather, and we'll always tell you first.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans have no contract. You can change, pause or stop your plan any time with a text.
What you provide
- Access to the vehicle at the agreed time, and permission to work at the location.
- A standard outdoor outlet and water spigot within reach of the vehicle.
- Removal of valuables and personal items before we start. We're not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
Pre-existing conditions
Before we start, we walk the vehicle with you (or note it ourselves if you're away) and point out existing damage or anything cleaning won't fix, such as scratches, chips, stains, worn materials or loose trim. We aren't responsible for those pre-existing conditions.
If something isn't right
Look the car over with us at the end of the visit, or text us within 48 hours. If we missed something we said we'd do, we'll come back and make it right.
Photos
We may photograph your vehicle for our records. We only post photos publicly with your permission. See our privacy policy.
Referrals
A referred new client gets $30 off their first detail. The referring client gets $30 off their next visit once the new client books a second visit. Credits have no cash value and can't be combined with other offers.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Utah law that can't be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
