For your first visit, we ask that you're there. It gives us a chance to meet you, walk the vehicle together and make sure expectations are clear from the start. After that, many clients simply leave the keys out and go about their day, and we'll text you when we're done.

Yes. Most workplaces have water and power nearby. We'll check with you on parking before the visit.

A monthly upkeep visit takes just about an hour from start to finish. Your first visit, usually the Full Mammoth Package, takes longer, and we'll give you a time estimate when you book.

Sedan covers cars, coupes and hatchbacks. Midsize covers crossovers and two-row SUVs like a Model Y or RAV4. SUV covers full-size and three-row SUVs like a Tahoe or Highlander. Truck/Van covers pickups and minivans.

The Full Mammoth Package starts at $159, the Interior Treatment at $109 and Monthly Upkeep at $85 a visit, depending on vehicle size. Add-ons such as headlight restoration are quoted at the walkthrough. We confirm your exact price before any work begins.

No. Monthly plans have no contract. Change, pause or stop any time with a text.

We'll move the exterior to a dry day. In wet months many clients switch to two interior visits and one exterior.

You'll hear it from us at the walkthrough. If a windshield chip or a scratch in the dash won't come out with cleaning, we say so before we start, not after.
